Alain is a lawyer since 2000 and received a double education from ESLSCA Paris Business School and the Montpellier Law School (Magistère DJCE).

He practiced law in Paris for 10 years in the tax departments of Arthur Andersen International (2000-2003), Ernst & Young (2003-2006) and Franklin (2006-2009), before joining the Gordon S. Blair Law Offices in Monaco (2009-2010). He has gained a great deal of knowledge in national and international taxation, especially in tax counsel and litigation.

Alain assists his clients – companies and executives - in professional and patrimonial transactions and is involved on numerous companies’ acquisition or sale deals.

He joined Lexiateam in Montpellier in 2011 and has developed a recognized practice in corporate law, fund raisings and corporate groups restructuring.

His dual practice in tax and corporate law allows him to be highly competent when helping clients during their acquisitions and transfers of companies or during complex corporate transactions.
