Amaël's main area of expertise is financing, where he advises banks, funds and borrowers on the structuring and implementation of their project finance, corporate finance and asset finance transactions. He has experience in financing infrastructure projects, especially in the renewable energies sector, both in France and internationally, as well as in senior and mezzanine bond financing.
He is also involved in corporate and M&A matters, particularly in the renewable energies sector.
In litigation, Amaël appears before civil and criminal courts in banking and consumer law cases (group action, unfair, deceptive or aggressive commercial practices) on behalf of companies and consumer associations.
He joined the firm after several years' experience in international business law firms in Paris (Hogan Lovells, Norton Rose) and at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg.
Amaël was recognized as Ones to Watch in the Banking and Finance Law category of the Best Lawyers 2024 ranking. He is a guest lecturer at the Montpellier Bar School, where he runs a course on project financing. He is also a member of the local office of the union ACE - Avocats Ensemble.
