Amaël assists the firm's clients with financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions and consumer law, in both transactional and litigation cases.

He advises his clients - banks, borrowers, funds - on their financing operations, drafting and negotiating financing agreements and security documents. He is also involved in corporate and M&A matters (acquisitions, equity investments), particularly in the renewable energies sector.

He acts before civil courts in banking and consumer law disputes, on behalf of individuals, companies, and NGOs. He has significant experience in class action suits.

Amaël acts before the criminal courts in cases of unfair, deceptive or aggressive commercial practices, abuse of weakness or prohibited practices by professionals.

He joined the firm after several experiences in international law firms in Paris (Hogan Lovells, Norton Rose) and at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

Amaël is a guest lecturer at the Montpellier Bar School, where he runs a course on project financing. He is also a member of the local union office ACE - Avocats Ensemble.
