Marie-Odile’s career began in Paris at PriceWaterhouse Legal and Tax. She then joined VALEO group as Legal Head of the "electronic systems and friction materials" activities.

She has acquired a solid experience in corporate law and contract negotiation from her in-house counsel career and is used to negotiate international contracts such as joint ventures, patents, trademarks.

In 1997, she moved to Montpellier where she founded the firm Lexiateam.

At Lexiateam, Marie-Odile advises on corporate and company law matters and drafts and negotiates complex contracts. She also defends her clients before the Court when it comes to technical business litigation.

In addition, she has developed a real expertise in the field of the non-market sector and renewable energies.

She is a lecturer at the Montpellier Bar School (Ecole de formation des avocats Centre-Sud).
