Mathilde is a partner and heads the Intellectual Property - Technologies and Contracts practice, in both transactional and litigation cases.

Prior to joining Lexiateam, she worked in the legal departments of major groups (Total, SNCF, SAFRAN) and in international law firms specialized in intellectual property (Allen & Overy, Neuer).

She advises French and international clients, including English-speaking clients, mainly in new technologies, distribution, and renewable energies sectors.

Mathilde is involved in civil and commercial litigation. She has solid experience in “in futurum ” investigatory measures as well as in liability cases in the field of renewable energy projects or complex and high-stakes IT litigation.

Mathilde is also involved in Contract, IP and Compliance audits in the context of acquisition transactions.

Mathilde is a lecturer in the Master 2 Intellectual Property and Information Technology program at the University of Montpellier.
