Gladys is an external lawyer has been working with the firm since 2023 in the labor and social security law practice, advising and litigating.
She worked for six years with renowned law firms specializing in these fields, before opening her own practice in Montpellier.
Gladys assists companies of all sizes in managing internal labour issues (individual and collective labour relations), implementing restructuring strategies and operations, and carrying out social audits to bring work processes and Human Resources methods into line with changing regulations.
She also assists a range of executive clients in their career development, working above all to combine the interests of the company with those of its staff.
In conflict situations, Gladys defends cases brought before the French courts. She is fully experienced in procedures before courts specialized in labour law, social security litigation (employer's inexcusable fault litigation, Urssaf litigation, etc.) and appeal procedures. She is also involved in technical procedures relating to labour disputes, including criminal procedures relating to criminal labour litigation and civil enforcement procedures for the enforcement of court decisions.
In parallel to her consultancy and litigation activities, Gladys is a lecturer in labour law at a state-certified school specialized in the hotel, tourism and luxury sectors.
